We are all just making up life via our thoughts and seeing them as REAL. Choose with your eyes and heart open.

I am on an airplane that experiences turbulence and I believe we just might crash! I believe it so much my body reacts- shallow breathing, sweaty palms, heart racing. Until I remember a foundational truth about thought:

That I am making this crash up and seeing, and feeling, it as REAL. What a scary story I am telling myself.

And then it becomes down right humorous.......
